•Kief Butter
Ingredients:
-1 cup of butter
-Roughly 1 gram of Kief

Directions:
-Place on parchment paper and bake in oven at 245° for 40 minutes, shaking pan every 10 minutes
-Remove from oven and let sit
-Heat a medium sauce pan on simmer
-Melt butter
-Add Kief
-Stir until combined
-Remove from heat and immediately pour into jar
-Use 3 pieces of cheese cloth and a metal strainer to produce cleaner butter
-Let sit for 20-25 minutes
-Refrigerate for 45-60 minutes

•Cannabis Butter
Ingredients:
1 cup of butter
1 cup of water
Roughly 10 grams of Cannabis

Directions:
-Grind Buds into flakes
-Place on parchment paper and bake in oven at 245° for 40 minutes, shaking pan every 10 minutes
-Remove from oven and let sit
-Heat a medium sauce pan on simmer
-Melt butter
-Add ground Cannabis
-Let simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally
-Remove from heat and immediately pour into jar
-Use 2 pieces of cheese cloth and a metal strainer to produce cleaner butter
-Let sit for 20-25 minutes
-Refrigerate for 45-60 minutes

•Icing
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of Cannabis butter/regular butter
-1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
-2 cups of icing sugar
-2 tbs of milk
-3 drops of food colouring (depending on colour)

Directions:
-Cream room temperature butter until light and fluffy
-Gradually beat in icing sugar until fluffy
-Beat in vanilla extract
-Pour milk into mixture and continue beating for an additional 3-4 minutes
-Add food colouring and beat for 30 more seconds
-Place into 16-inch piping
-Refrigerate until needed

•Macaroons
Ingredients:
– 1 cup dry oatmeal
– 1/2 cup of coconut (plus to garnish)
-1 cup white sugar
-1 tbs of unsweetened coca powder
-2 tsp of Cannabis/Kief butter or regular butter
-2 tsp of milk
*Optional*
-1/2 Milk Chocolate bar
-1/4 cup of creamer

Directions:
– Mix Oats, coca powder and coconut shavings into a medium mixing bowl
-Heat a medium sauce pan on low heat
-Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil (if sugar clumps add an additional 1/4 cup of milk)
-Remove from heat and immediately pour into dry mixture
-Mix until combined
-Cover and let sit for 20-25 mins
-Once mixture has harden roll into balls
*Optional*
-In a small sauce pan melt 1/2 chocolate bar and 1/4 cup of creamer (I used hazelnut Coffee Mate)
-Stir until melted
-Drizzle on top of Macaroons
-Garnish with shredded coconut
-Keep in refrigerator for best taste

•Sugar Cookies (No Step By Step In Video)
Ingredients:
-2 cups all purpose flour
-3/4 cups sugar
-1/2 cup Cannabis/Kief butter or regular butter
-1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 Eggs
– 1tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350°. Spray two baking sheets with cooking oil
-Mix dry ingredients into large mixing bowl, stir until combined
-Melt butter and mix in with other wet ingredients, stir until combined
-Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry beating with electric beater
-Once your mixture begins to clump roll into balls and place on baking sheets
-Use a small/ large spoon (depending on cookie size) and form even, round circles.
-Place in preheated oven and bake until edges are golden brown (time varies with cookie size)
– Remove from oven and let cool (20-23 minutes)
-Apply icing and let sit for an additional 30 minutes
-Enjoy!
